Brief Description:

The project “Strengthening the Innovation Capacities of Codyright d.o.o. by Investing in Pre-commercial Activities for the Development of the SPDPO System” is focused on developing an innovative solution for the automatic calculation of inheritance rights in accordance with the applicable legislative framework. The solution enables the analysis of complex inheritance relationships by integrating legal and property data, thereby increasing accuracy, reducing the risk of errors, and accelerating inheritance proceedings. It provides users with an accessible interface for generating precise inheritance calculations and scenarios. The platform is scalable, based on modern AI models and open-source technologies, and offers the possibility of adaptation to specific legal systems, with potential for application in 

Objectives and Results:

Increased readiness for the development of new products and processes due to improved research, development and innovation capacities of Codyright. Development of innovative solution that will enable legal professionals to make faster, more precise, and more efficient decisions in inheritance cases, as well as to help citizens understand better their inheritance rights and obligations.
